1. Eligibility for Returns
The return request must be made within 7-8 business days of receiving the product.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Approval Process β Our team will review your request and approve or deny the return.
- Shipping the Return β If approved, you must send the item back at your own expense to our provided return address.
- Inspection & Refund β Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund if it meets our return criteria.
3. Refund Process
- If the return is approved, the refund will be Credited within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (for online payments).
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order.
- If approved the exchange product will be delivered within 7-15 days
