1. Eligibility for Returns

The return request must be made within 7-8 business days of receiving the product.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Approval Process – Our team will review your request and approve or deny the return.
  • Shipping the Return – If approved, you must send the item back at your own expense to our provided return address.
  • Inspection & Refund – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund if it meets our return criteria.

3. Refund Process

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be Credited within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (for online payments).
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order.
  • If approved the exchange product will be delivered within 7-15 days

5. Non-Returnable Items

🚫Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
🚫 Items without original tags and packaging.
🚫 Custom-made or personalized products.
